Returns and Refunds Policy
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us.
However, Because the products we offer are digital and cannot be returned we generally offer no refunds, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- If you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
- Wrong product license. We’re happy to facilitate an exchange in these cases. Please purchase the correct license of the same product.
- I’ve purchased the wrong version of a product. If you’d like to exchange a product because you bought the wrong version (such as PSD,IND or AI etc).
We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations:
- You changed your mind.
- You don’t have enough experience or expertise to use the product.
- You don’t have the correct software (described in the description) to open and edit the product.
- You no longer need the purchased product.
- You bought an item on accident, and our system shows that the product was downloaded
- You feel that the item is of low quality.
- You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue, but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue.
- Your product purchase was made over 7 days ago.
Approved Refunds:
- Purchases eligible for refunds via PayPal are subject to PayPal’s charges and fees computation.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within seven (7) days of your original purchase.
